Folly by day opened in April 2023, and has since become a community spot, where great coffee, delicious bites and delightful company smack you in the face to start your day.

One from Cairns (originally) and one from Melbourne (originally) form the partnership of Byron and Bel. Opening a coffee shop was always on the horizon, but it was the desire to bring a community feeling via a local coffee shop and cocktail bar to the amazing location of Redlynch that made the dream a reality.

Saturday & Sunday 6:30 - 1:00pm

Folly by night Summer Hours:
Friday and Saturday 4:00pm - late
